Now Available: Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Report
As you know, this year it’s even more important for your credit union to track your progress with the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards program now that 2017 marketing reimbursements are based on performance of the programs. The Love My Credit Union team has made this even easier with the addition of the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Report, located in the Partner Center. In order to access the report, simply log into your credit union account in the Partner Center, click “Reports” located in the Credit Unions section, and select Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Report. This report can be viewed in either a Snapshot or Detailed report and provides you with the number of approved, pending, failed and paid lines your members have registered with the program to date. The detailed report features information such as member name, email, registration date, ACH sent date, number of lines registered and total member payout. Plus, it can be exported by clicking “Export to Excel” at the bottom, to help your credit union communicate program updates to your members when they request it.
