We live in a very small community filled with competitive credit unions, banks, and car dealerships. I knew I had to jump on the opportunity to get our credit union listed as the place to go for 
the GM/ Chrysler discounts as well as pre-approved financing. This was especially easy for me since our loan officers work so closely with all of the dealerships on a regular basis.
First, I made sure to include all the local GM and Chrysler car dealerships in all of our advertising. Then I went around and delivered Delta County Credit Union Invest in America banners and signs asking if they had heard our ads on the radio or seen them listed on our website. All of them were so grateful for the free advertisement and the fact that I didn’t play favorites by including all of them that there was no question about putting up my signs in their showrooms.
